Pricing Structure

Our unique pricing system allows us to budget for almost any price range! The standard cleaning and maintenance work involves two team members that can stay and work for a specific time limit or until the entire property or work priority list is complete.

NuHome Alliance Group charges customers for the services we provide in a variety of ways. It is important to schedule an appointment for a free estimate in order to provide the best deal that fits each client’s budget.
1.  Hourly Rates: We can charge hourly rates, which will require customers to pay based on the time workers spend cleaning. Our hourly rates can be as low as $40 an hour or as high as $150 an hour (this pricing is primarily based on the type of services provided, number of staff members needed to complete the job assigned, service location and timing of scheduled job to be performed).

2.  Price Schedule: We can also charge clients based on a price schedule for add-ons, including certain set fees for deep, comprehensive cleanings and hourly fees for touch-ups and specific maintenance.

3. Service Fees: NHA Group also has set prices for certain services. For example, we will charge a flat rate for our ‘packaged’ deals and specials, a carpet cleaning, minor indoor/outdoor maintenance work, certain types of pre and post event setups/cleanups, or a window washing, which won't vary no matter how long the job takes.

Our Team Structure Help  Keep Us Safe: For our staff’s safety, we utilize the service of a minimum of two team members per project. If you prefer to have only one team member, we have separate pricing available. This pricing is available for our regularly contracted customers only.

NHA Group uses two types of methods to choose and send teams to customers' properties.

NHA Group uses regular teams and almost always prefers to send the same staff to the same properties so they can familiarize themselves with the customers and space. This allows customers to develop a relationship with our staff who come to their property, and it also allows the cleaners to learn the intricacies of a space so that the cleaning is done consistently well.

For long-term contracts, NHA Group will allow customers to request certain staff members or to give feedback on work ethics and request to have or not have them return. This ensures that the customer is always happy about the service providers that are sent into their personal space.

Timing Is Everything: The average home or commercial property is cleaned in two hours. Be advised that for first-time cleanings, event cleaning,  as well as spring and deep cleaning services, it may take longer. We work until the priority list is completed on property preservation and maintenance jobs.

Scheduling Options
NHA Group offers customers scheduling options to tailor services to their needs. We will be keeping our business doors open and running around the clock to help with that cleaning or maintenance job that lingered around past the wee hours of the night. We can be reached by our customers by calling, texting or visiting our site and requesting service.

One-time only: Some cleaning services only offer one-time cleanings. NHA Group specializes in seasonal or deep cleanings, which do not need to be completed frequently. 

Examples of our one-time-only services include

  • Clean-ups before or after a move
  • Pre and Post Event or Party cleaning

Routine cleanings: Our routine cleanings let customers schedule how often they want their home or office cleaned. This service is often utilized by people who don't have the time or ability to keep their home tidy from day-to-day and can be used in place of hiring a dedicated independent housekeeper or maid.

Rotating cleanings: With rotating schedules, homeowners can choose to alternate comprehensive deep cleanings with smaller, more focused cleanings. Rotating cleanings ensure that the cleanliness reached after a deep clean is stretched out and is maintained over a longer period of time.

In-Depth One-time Specialized Services We offer other one-time specialized services to comprehensively clean and maintain a property, such as:

Outdoor services: We are equipped to clean the outside of homes can do things like wash windows, rake leaves, tidy porches and clean in and around garden spaces. 

Deep / Spring cleaning services: By customer request, we provide deep and spring cleaning services for homeowners, cleaning things like tile grout and drapes. Deep cleaning could also include refrigerators, lamps, windows and other hard-to-reach areas.

Standard Cleaning: Includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and tidying up. Our clients may choose up to add one or more additional services for an extra fee (optional).

One Time Cleaning: This type of cleaning is performed when a person needs only a one time cleaning to be performed. During this cleaning, we focus on the general cleaning along with any other extra services you are interested in. Our company usually charges by the hour to perform this task (on occasion we charge a flat rate if the client meets the guidelines for flat rate service) and the price is determined by the crew size. 

After-Event Cleaning: A full cleanup after an event or party. Cleaning dirty dishes, living space cleanup, and taking out the trash are often included. Bases on event type, amount of staff needed and location we may charge a flat fee for this service.

First Time Cleaning: This type of cleaning is performed when a person decides to hire NHA Group to perform long-term maintenance cleanings. During this cleaning, we focus only on the general cleaning.  This cleaning is conducted the same way we would perform our weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleanings, but usually takes double the time and more effort to complete this task. Our company usually charges by the hour to perform this task and the price is determined by the crew size.

Maintenance Cleanings: This type of cleaning is performed when a person decides to hire NBA Group to perform long-term Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly ( every 4 weeks) maintenance cleanings. Each client will receive the same cleaning day and will receive a three hour time window. During these cleanings, we focus on the general cleaning and you may add any extra service items into the mix. Our company charges a flat rate to perform maintenance cleaning.

Deep/Spring Cleaning: Removes a deeper level of grime and dirt in the bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas and kitchen. Deep cleaning could also include refrigerators, lamps, windows and other hard-to-reach areas.

Move-Out Cleaning (A): This service gets your home or apartment move-out ready with a full cleaning that includes walls, cabinets and other areas you haven't cleaned since you moved in.

Move In & Move Out (B): This type of cleaning is performed when a person is either moving out of their home or moving into a new home. In this cleaning, the dwelling is usually vacant. For this type of cleaning, the NHA Group’s objective is to make sure that this residential dwelling is cleaned, disinfected and ready to be moved in to without any hassle. Our checklist is followed along with cleaning the inside of the refrigerator, inside all kitchen cabinets, inside bathroom cabinets and vanities, inside all hall closets, hand wipe all lower moldings and baseboard heaters, clean interior windows, hand wipe all ceiling fans and light fixtures ( if we can reach), clean the inside of ovens (optional). Our company usually charges by the hour to perform this task and the price is determined by the crew size.

Furniture, Trash and Debris Removal:  The prices for this service varies and is based on the following factors: 

  • Your location — Your geographic location will influence the cost of furniture removal. 
  • Location in relation to the hauling service — The distance our haulers must travel to get to your location may increase the price in order to compensate for fuel costs and time. 
  • The volume of furniture — Many removal companies base fees on how much space your junk, debris or other- (furniture) takes up in their truck(s). For example, a few small dining room chairs would cost less than one large sofa because the chairs take up less volume. 
  • Ease of access to the furniture — The complexity of the job can influence price. For instance, a hauler could very well charge more to carry a sofa down five flights of stairs than they would for hauling a sofa that's already at the curbside when the removal company arrives to pick it up. 

Extra Services: Certain areas of your home don't need to be cleaned on a weekly basis. If extra items are cleaned on a rotating schedule, your home will maintain its overall appearance and cleanliness. Extra services that we perform, may include the inside of your oven, inside of refrigerator, inside of kitchen or bathroom cabinets, bookcases, Interior window cleaning, walls washed, wood paneling cleaned, wood vertical blinds cleaned, furniture polished, lower moldings cleaned, clothes folded, mirrored walls and almost any other task you may request. PLEASE Note: Extra charges apply for these services.



Basic & Standard Cleaning Expectations


  • In the Kitchen (Optional):  We disinfect and clean the entire kitchen, including the counter area and sink. The outside of all appliances are cleaned and placed where we found them. The cabinet exteriors are wiped down. We vacuum, empty trash and flat mop your floor.  ​
  • In all Accessible Rooms (Optional):  We dust all ceiling fans, picture frames, wall decorations. We feather dust lights, blinds and remove all cobwebs. We wipe down light switches, window sills, and main entry door. We vacuum and mop accordingly. We dust all furniture and most knickknacks. ​
  • In your Bathrooms (Optional): We clean and disinfect showers, tubs, and all fixtures. Sinks and toilets are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized inside and out. Vanity and mirrors are cleaned along with any items on the counter. Bathroom cabinets are wiped down and floors are vacuumed and hand washed.
